The WDI approach: technology that drives insight in the flow of work
Posted 8 May 2026

In our culture, coaching and leadership practices we now offer AI enabled capabilities that provide access to hugely powerful evidence-based insights on leadership behaviours in action and culture adoption. This enables our clients to make better decisions on learning and culture and supports individuals and teams to have more effective human interactions with colleagues and clients daily.
Across all our work, three principles guide our use of technology:
1. Human first design
Technology is in service to how we work better as humans. We have robust data ethics, security and usage principles that create trust and engagement.
2. Behavioural depth
Insight is actionable when it connects directly to how people are thinking and acting every day. Our AI integrations let us see and sense teams and organisations values and behaviours in action, identifying the drivers of current and future performance. Our experienced team are always involved in interpreting insights and measures.
3. Sustainable change
Technology should help organisations pace and build their own capability over time. We focus on increasing agency within our clients to sustain culture change and embed leadership learning, with the targeted assistance of technology.
These principles are embedded in how we work with our clients and provide clarity and direction on when we recommend integrating specialist technology expertise as part of our work.
Meet our AI partners
LIVIS - an AI analyst for leadership behaviour
Our partnership with LIVIS supports organisations seeking deeper, evidence-based insight into how leadership behaviours show up in practice. The AI analyst provides powerful insights based on examining real interactions, such as meetings and written communications, against agreed leadership and behavioural frameworks. This enables patterns to be identified that would otherwise remain unseen.
The benefit for clients is clarity. Leaders gain grounded insight into how their intent is landing, where behaviours align with expectations, and where there is drift. Used well, this creates a shared language for reflection and development, reducing defensiveness and focusing attention on impact rather than personality.
Clients typically use our AI analyst when strengthening leadership consistency, embedding behavioural standards and supporting leadership teams at key points of transformation. Importantly, we ensure insight is translated into meaningful conversations, coaching and action, so analysis is experienced as a learning accelerator for teams and leaders.
ScultureAI - culture change that sticks
One of the core challenges of culture change is to continually embed new values and culture in day-to-day working. Our partnership with ScultureAI addresses this by supporting leaders and teams to practise desired behaviours in the flow of work using an AI Culture Coach. The coach, embedded in MS Teams and other platforms, is calibrated to an organisation’s own values and behavioural definitions, helping make culture practical rather than abstract.
The value of the AI Culture Coach lies in scale and accessibility. While human coaching remains essential, it cannot be present everywhere. The AI Culture Coach provides timely prompts and reflections that help people notice moments where culture is being shaped through emails, conversations and decisions. Over time, this supports habit formation and shared norms, reinforcing what we help leaders define and role model.
Clients tend to use the AI Culture Coach when they are embedding culture beyond the leadership layer, particularly during periods of growth, restructuring or strategic reset. Throughout, we ensure that technology complements human dialogue, keeping accountability, ethics and trust at the centre of the change journey.
Technology as a partner in change
Across all our work, we draw on specialised technology where it supports and enables the deeply human work of leading and fostering thriving high-performing cultures and teams. The right use of technology provides powerful insights that empower leaders to perform at their best every day. We use it to create the foundations for better evidence-based conversations on capability development and mindset and behaviour change. Ultimately, this approach helps organisations cultivate thriving humans at scale.
